May I See the Van?
Yes, we are happy to give you a tour upon arrival of your appointment. However, I ask for privacy while grooming. When the dog sees their owner it can make them distracted and excited, which can be unsafe for us and the pet to complete.
Do I Have to Be Home?
We ask that you be at home for your dog’s first appointment. Once we’ve met, we can make arrangements to groom your dog while you are away by leaving a key or garage code.
